I'd say it's impossible to dislike Groucho Marx, but truthfully I've never tried
I really love the idea that Groucho is still Groucho even when he's writing to another studio over a legal dispute. He probably left great bathroom graffiti, too. Anybody who could write a letter like this couldn't NOT write a letter like this. It only bolsters my hope that he was simply never switched off.

Rarity of clarity
With this letter, we see Marx, a man with little formal education, using sharp wit, knowledge gained from years in the studio system and years of voracious readin, slice directly to the heart of the matter. His humor disarms the reader and allows the logic of his arguement to prevail without baiting a response. It's too bad that most lawyers can't write such a convincing arguement. We can all learn from such a
